I guess time flies when your'e having fun.Here it is the last of September already and I am way behind on my posts.The last couple of months have been pretty busy and the time has just flown by.I guess that's the way it goes the older you get.We have been spending a lot of time over in Port Angeles and Sequim lately trying to get some things taken care of before the weather goes South.This has been one of the nicest and longest summers we have had in a long time.We actually got a new roof on the church in P.A.We spent the Labor Day weekend and last weekend working on the roof.A great big Thanks to all those that helped with that project.We are planning on more renovations shortly.Bill wants to do quite a bit of work on the inside as well but at least we can do that even if the weather is bad.This next weekend we are moving Pam's mom up to Sequim to a nice new retirement complex.We have been trying to get her to move for a long time.She will be closer to most of the family there.Besides,it gives an excuse to go visit everyone over there.Pam is on her way home from Chris and LeAnn's.LeAnn just had a new pacemaker and or new batteries put in Friday so Pam went over to help out for a couple of days.Everything went well so we were glad for that.This last week I have been on emergency standby duty at work so I have been pretty busy.Thursday night I didn't get home until one in the morning.I will be glad when Monday morning comes when I get off duty.Then it will be someone elses turn.Hopefully after we get mom moved things will slow down a little.I will try and get the next post a little sooner......
